1. Booking & Payment

• Full or partial payment must be made to confirm a booking.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Standard check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct

• Guests must behave respectfully and avoid disturbing others.

• Illegal activities, smoking indoors, or property damage will result in immediate eviction and charges.

4. House Rules

• No parties or events 

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• No pets allowed5. Liability

• Homigo is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

7. Changes to Terms

• Homigo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
